The first camp in the fall of 2006 welcomed more than 40 participants, and the booster club plans to make it an annual event. Kemper graduated from TWHS in 2006, and is entering her sophomore year at SMU this fall. She is a member of the SMU Pom Squad, and participates in a student organization call L.E.A.D., designed to develop leadership skills and organize leadership workshops for high school students.
